1. 适用范围与原则

每日一笺（Jian Daily）是一款无需注册的阅读 App。本政策说明 App 在提供每日内容、收藏、提醒、分享和 Widget 时如何处理信息。

V1 不包含广告、第三方分析 SDK 或跨 App 跟踪，也不创建云端用户账户。

2. 我们不要求你提供的信息

App 不要求或主动上传以下信息：

• 姓名、手机号、邮箱或账号资料；
• 精确位置、通讯录、照片、相机或麦克风内容；
• 广告标识符、跨 App 行为或社交账号；
• 你的收藏、阅读记录、字号、外观和提醒偏好。

3. 保存在设备上的数据

内容与收藏

每日内容缓存、历史记录和收藏状态保存在设备本地。

阅读偏好

字号、外观和提醒时间保存在设备设置中。

Widget

今日内容通过 Apple App Group 在 App 与 Widget 之间共享，只用于显示每日一笺。

这些数据不会同步到每日一笺的服务器。你可以在 App 中修改相关设置；删除 App 或清除其数据会删除设备上的本地数据。

4. 内容请求与网络日志

App 启动、刷新或读取历史时，会向主内容服务 www.aipanda.app 请求指定日期或数量的公开内容。只有主服务不可用或返回无效内容时，才会请求备用服务 go.whalerlab.com。

请求会包含日期、历史数量以及互联网通信必需的技术信息。与普通 HTTPS 请求一样，网络和托管服务可能自动处理 IP 地址、请求时间、请求路径、设备网络标识和响应状态，用于传输、安全、防滥用和故障排查。

每日一笺的内容接口不建立用户账户，也不会把这些请求写入用户画像或广告数据库。我们不出售此类信息，不用它进行广告投放或跨服务跟踪；托管服务产生的安全和访问日志仅按其安全运营所需期限保留，我们不会在其常规清理后另行保存副本。

App 使用临时、无 Cookie 的网络会话，不保存登录 Cookie，也不使用网络响应作为行为分析记录。内置内容可在网络不可用时继续阅读。

5. 通知与系统分享

只有当你主动开启“每日提醒”时，App 才会请求系统通知权限。提醒由设备本地调度，你可以随时在 iOS 系统设置中关闭。

分享使用 iOS 系统分享面板。App 只把你选择分享的图片和文字交给系统，不读取你的照片图库、联系人或社交账号。后续处理受你所选择接收 App 的政策约束。

6. 服务提供方与安全

我们只让提供 HTTPS 网络传输、托管和故障防护所必需的服务商处理相关技术信息，并要求它们按服务、安全和法律义务采取保护措施。App 不集成广告网络或第三方用户分析 SDK。

我们使用 HTTPS、最小化请求内容和本地优先存储来降低风险，但互联网传输和设备存储无法保证绝对安全。

7. 儿童、你的选择与联系我们

每日一笺面向一般读者，不以收集儿童个人信息为目的。由于 V1 无账号系统，我们无法按账号检索个人资料；你可以通过关闭通知、清除 App 数据或删除 App 管理本地信息。

8. 政策变更

当功能、数据处理方式或法律要求发生变化时，我们会更新本页面并修改顶部日期。重大变化会在适当位置另行提示。

Privacy Policy (English)

Jian Daily is an account-free reading app. V1 contains no advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking. We do not ask for or upload your name, phone number, email, precise location, contacts, photos, advertising identifier, favorites, or reading history.

Data stored on your device

Daily content, history, favorites, text size, appearance, and reminder preferences remain on your device. Today's content is shared with the Widget through an Apple App Group only so the Widget can display it. Deleting the app or clearing its data removes this local information.

Content requests and access logs

On launch, refresh, or history access, the app requests public content for a date or a requested history count from www.aipanda.app. It contacts go.whalerlab.com only if the primary service fails or returns invalid content.

As with ordinary HTTPS traffic, network and hosting providers may automatically process an IP address, request time, path, network device information, and response status for delivery, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. The content API creates no user account and does not write requests to an advertising or user-profiling database. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising or cross-service tracking. Provider security and access logs are retained only as needed for their security operations, and we do not keep a separate copy after routine deletion.

Notifications and sharing

Notification permission is requested only after you enable a daily reminder. Reminders are scheduled locally and can be disabled in iOS Settings. Sharing uses the iOS share sheet; Jian Daily does not read your photo library, contacts, or social accounts. A receiving app handles shared items under its own policy.

Service providers, security, and children

We use only the providers needed for HTTPS delivery, hosting, and service protection. The app includes no advertising network or third-party user analytics SDK. Jian Daily is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect children's personal information.

Your choices and contact

You can disable notifications, clear app data, or delete the app. V1 has no cloud account through which personal records can be searched. For privacy questions or access-log concerns, contact us through the daily@qbb.me email address or the Jian Daily Support page. This policy may be updated when features, data practices, or legal requirements change.
