1. 接受与适用范围

下载、安装或使用每日一笺（Jian Daily），即表示你同意这些条款和我们的 隐私政策。如你不同意，请停止使用并删除 App。

通过 Apple App Store 获取 App 时，Apple 的 标准最终用户许可协议 也适用；这些条款用于补充产品内容与使用规则。

2. 服务内容

每日一笺提供中国经典原文、出处、编辑解读、今日心语、历史阅读、收藏、分享海报、本地提醒和 Widget。具体功能可能因系统版本、设备能力、地区和产品更新而不同。

V1 无需注册，不提供云端账号或跨设备同步。网络不可用时，App 会尽量使用内置内容维持核心阅读体验。

3. 阅读内容不构成专业建议

经典原文、编辑解读与日常反思用于文化阅读和自我觉察，不构成医疗、心理诊断、法律、投资、财务或其他专业建议。涉及重要决定时，请咨询具备相应资质的专业人士。

4. 内容与品牌的使用

在遵守这些条款的前提下，你可以为个人、非商业用途阅读、收藏，并通过 App 的分享功能转发生成的海报。

未经授权，你不得：

• 批量抓取、复制、重新发布或销售 App 的编辑内容与素材；
• 移除署名，冒充官方账号，或暗示未经授权的合作与背书；
• 将品牌、印章、海报或其他素材用于误导性商业宣传；
• 绕过安全限制、干扰服务，或以自动化方式造成异常请求负载；
• 利用 App 从事违法、侵权、欺诈或损害他人权益的行为。

中国古典原文可能属于公共领域；每日一笺对其编辑选择、当代解读、版式、品牌和原创视觉素材保留适用法律允许的权利。

5. 服务变更与可用性

我们会维护内容和服务，但不保证网络内容服务始终不中断或完全无误。我们可能为安全、维护、法律要求或产品改进更新内容、接口和功能，并会尽量避免影响本地核心阅读。

6. 免责声明与责任边界

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，App 和内容按现状提供。因设备故障、网络中断、第三方系统、用户操作或超出合理控制范围的事件造成的间接损失，我们不承担超出法律强制要求的责任。本条不排除法律不得限制或排除的消费者权利。

7. 终止、变更与联系

你可以随时停止使用并删除 App。若有人严重违反条款、危害服务安全或侵害他人权益，我们可以在适用法律允许范围内限制相关访问。

Terms of Use (English)

By downloading, installing, or using Jian Daily, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies; these Terms supplement the product-specific content and use rules.

Service

Jian Daily provides Chinese classical passages, sources, editorial interpretations, daily reflections, history, favorites, sharing posters, local reminders, and Widgets. Features may vary by system version, device capability, region, and product update. V1 has no cloud account or cross-device sync and uses bundled content when network service is unavailable.

No professional advice

The app is for cultural reading and personal reflection. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, investment, financial, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for important decisions.

Permitted use

You may read, save, and share app-generated posters for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not bulk scrape, copy, republish, or sell editorial content; remove attribution or impersonate the official product; use the brand or artwork for misleading commercial promotion; bypass security controls; overload the service; or use the app unlawfully or in violation of others' rights.

Classical source texts may be in the public domain. Jian Daily retains applicable rights in its editorial selection, modern interpretations, layout, brand, and original visual assets.

Availability and liability

We maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free network availability. Features and content may change for maintenance, safety, legal compliance, or product improvement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app and content are provided as is, without limiting consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact
